By using 3DX Hosting Companion, you agree to these terms.
Independent software
3DX Hosting Companion is an external Windows utility. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by 3DXChat. You remain responsible for following the game's rules and the rules of any community you host.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to harass others, distribute unlawful content, or automate abusive messaging.
Local data and backups
The app stores its working data locally. Keep your own backup files when the data matters to you. Updates and uninstallations are designed to preserve local application data, but no software can guarantee against device failure, manual deletion, or corruption.
Software availability
The software is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every Windows or 3DX configuration. Feature development is paused, but reported breakages may receive maintenance fixes.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect losses, interrupted hosting sessions, game-account actions, or lost data resulting from use of the software. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
Material maintenance or policy changes will appear in public patch notes.
